Orders placed before 4:00 PM on Friday will begin shipping starting Saturday. All orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Saturday and may not arrive before Monday. There are no deliveries on Sundays.

If this situation arises for some products in the cart, the difference will be refunded within 7 business days after the customer's account information is obtained and the information is received. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed to the credit card. etsauto.com cannot be held responsible for any delays arising from bank transactions. Generally, refunds are reflected on credit cards within 72 hours due to interbank settlements.
