You can return the product you purchased from EtsAuto within 7 business days of delivery with your invoice and return tracking number. Before sending the product you wish to return, you must complete the “Product Return Form” located on the back of your invoice. You must include all copies of the original invoice, along with your return tracking number, along with the product you wish to return.

Returns must be made in the original packaging.

Returns of products whose original packaging is damaged, no longer resalable, or that cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted. The product received is first inspected by EtsAuto. If it meets the above conditions, the return process is initiated. Once the return is approved, the product fee will be refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 10 business days. This period begins when EtsAuto receives the returned product.
